Following up closely on Nikon’s most recent D3s offering, Canon replies quickly with their EOS-1D MARK IV DSLR. The 16 MP 1D MARK IV appears to match the D3s stride-for-stride in addition to providing true 1080p high-definition video.
Some other interesting aspects of the camera include 45-point autofocus system, an ISO range up to 102,400, 10 fps shooting modes and a Dual Digic 4 image processors. The camera should hit retailers before the end of the year in December.
